What ID do I need to shop?

You must be 21 or older. New Jersey law requires us to check a valid photo ID before you enter and again at every purchase. We accept:

  • A U.S. or foreign passport, or other government-issued travel document that is lawful to use as ID in the United States
  • A driver’s license from any U.S. state, territory or Washington, D.C. that shows your photo
  • A New Jersey ID card from the Motor Vehicle Commission
  • Any other state, territory or federal ID card that shows your photo, name, date of birth and a physical description

What happens on my first visit?

We check your ID at the door, then a budtender takes it from there. No kiosks and no scripts. Tell them what you’re curious about, ask anything you like, and they’ll walk you through the options. First-timers and longtime connoisseurs get the same welcome.
